Project Manager résumé example
Project managers are hired on three questions: how big, how messy, and did it land. This example answers them in the summary with budget, team size and on-time delivery, then shows a rescue, a vendor negotiation and a process that stopped budget surprises. The sidebar template keeps certifications and tools visible next to every role.

Questions
Say what you controlled: variance against the re-baselined plan, scope protected, credits recovered, what you changed when it went red. Readers trust a candid recovery more than a spotless record.
No. Two or three per role, chosen for size, difficulty or outcome; summarise the rest in one line ('plus 12 smaller integrations, all delivered within 10% of budget').
Whichever the market you apply in reads: PMP in North America and the Middle East, PRINCE2 in the UK and Europe. If you hold both, list both with years.
If you run sprints, yes, one line (CSM, PMI-ACP). Pair it with evidence in a bullet: cadence, release frequency, what the hybrid looked like.
