Registered Nurse résumé example
Nurse managers hire for safety, judgement and reliability, and they check licences before they read a word. This résumé puts the licence and certifications where they are found in seconds, then shows outcomes a unit cares about: falls, infections, throughput, escalations and new-graduate retention. The compact template fits six years and three units on one page.
Summary
Registered nurse with six years of acute-care experience on medical-surgical and telemetry units, currently charge nurse on a 32-bed unit. Led the fall-prevention bundle that cut falls with injury by 40%, raised ED-to-unit admissions within the 60-minute target from 71% to 88%, and has precepted nine new graduates who all finished their first year. Calm at a 1:5 ratio, exact with documentation, and direct with physicians when a patient is deteriorating.

Questions
In a certifications section near the top or in the sidebar, with issuer and date: RN licence and state, specialty certification, BLS/ACLS. Put 'RN, BSN' in the headline too.
Use the unit's own measures: bed count, ratio, patients per shift, falls, infection-free days, scanning compliance, throughput targets, patients precepted. They are tracked on every unit.
Group them: clinical, leadership, systems. Name the procedures you perform weekly and the EHR you chart in; leave out a thirty-item checklist.
Your residency or preceptorship, clinical placement hours by specialty, certifications held, and any unit project. State the unit type and bed count for each placement as you would for a job.
