Waiter / Waitress résumé example
A restaurant manager reads a waiter's résumé for pace, sales and safety: how many tables you carry, whether guests spend more when you serve them, and whether an allergen will ever go wrong on your section. This example answers with covers per shift, average spend per head, named reviews and a clean allergen record, keeps it to one page, and lists the food-hygiene and wine certificates that get a shift trial.

Questions
One page. Venue size, tables per shift, one or two sales numbers, the POS you know, certificates and availability. Managers read it between services.
Yes. Drinks per shift, opening and closing alone, cash-up, speed at peak: these transfer directly. Say what you did with numbers.
Not in the UK or US. In some European countries a photo is customary; use the Portrait template there and keep it professional.
Food hygiene first (Level 2 in the UK). Then wine (WSET 1 or 2), barista or a personal licence if you want bar shifts.
